Through capacity-building and learning, we can achieve sustainable peace together by empowering women and girls to realise the change they want to see. Setting up and running one’s own business can be a route to economic independence and empowerment and create new opportunities for women. By doing so, women entrepreneurs contribute to sustaining economic growth, job creation and improving the living standards of their families and communities.
