The Presidency has demanded the integration of the National Identification Number (NIN) with student ID cards for multipurpose use, including provision of accurate data on Nigerian students.

Senior Special Assistant to the President on Students Engagement, Hon. Sunday Asefon, made this known during a working visit to the Office of the Director General of the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) to discuss the strategic initiative.

Asefon in a statement during the weekend, said the aim of the visit was to explore ways of integrating the National Identification Number with student ID cards for multipurpose use.
